Position SummaryWe are seeking a driven and personable Leasing Associate to lead and manage leasing and occupancy across our growing portfolio. As a Leasing Associate you will be the front line of our tenant growth strategy. You’ll build relationships, showcase our spaces, and close deals. You’ll work directly with the acquisitions, asset management, and construction teams to ensure that leasing momentum aligns with property goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a leasing platform within a vertically integrated investment firm poised for aggressive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute the full leasing lifecycle across a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, flex, industrial and land assets
- Own the leasing pipeline from lead generation through executed leases, ensuring target occupancy and NOI goals are achieved
- Develop and manage broker relationships, tenant rep networks, and direct-to-tenant outreach strategies
- Tour prospective tenants and respond to leasing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Qualify prospective tenants and work with Asset Manager on lease applications and approvals
- Run lease economics, scenarios and comparisons
- Draft and negotiate lease proposals, LOIs, and renewals alongside internal leadership
- Collaborate with the COO and Asset Manager to structure deal terms, review tenant financials, and negotiate LOIs and leases
- Oversee and implement marketing strategy and execution for each vacancy, including digital listings, signage, marketing collateral, and campaign deployment
- Monitor market comps, leasing trends, and competitive set activity to inform pricing and positioning
- Ensure all vacant spaces are show-ready in partnership with property management and construction teams
- Utilize, maintain and continuously improve CRM tracking and leasing reporting systems; identify process efficiencies and lead implementation
- Represent Park Place at industry events, broker tours, and community engagements to build brand presence and attract high-quality tenants
- Contribute insights to investment underwriting and asset repositioning strategies
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in leasing, sales, brokerage, or asset management, commercial experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in business, real estate, marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of lease structures (NNN, gross, modified gross) and tenant improvement negotiations
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., CLOSE), Google Suite, and listing platforms
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of lease structures (NNN, gross, etc.) and commercial property types
- Proficient with Google suite, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and real estate marketing platforms
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
