We are seeking Construction Laborers to support our paving and maintenance operations. This role is hands-on, physical, and vital to ensuring our job sites are safe, productive, and well-executed. Ideal candidates thrive outdoors, enjoy working as part of a crew, and take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in prepping job sites: sweeping, clearing debris, and protecting surfaces
- Load and unload hot mix asphalt, crack sealant, equipment, and tools
- Support tasks including crack sealing, sealcoating, patching, and striping
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times
- Use hand tools, power tools, and small equipment (under supervision or with training)
- Communicate with crew leads and foremen to ensure work is completed to spec
- Help set up traffic control devices, cones, and signage as needed
- Travel with the crew to job sites (local and out-of-state travel may be required)
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and work in hot or cold weather conditions
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours during peak season (including overnights)
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience with construction or asphalt or concrete work is helpful but not required—we train the right people
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first attitude are essential

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
