The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with the HR Business Partners to plan, manage, and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for the Client Group they are responsible for. This role is also responsible for forming relationships with other high-level executives to maximize HR's value to the company in addressing workforce planning needs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Managing their Client Group Talent Acquisition efforts for all positions to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner
- Communicate and build relationships with Division Presidents, Vice Presidents of Construction and Headquarters Managers to identify job openings and prospective candidates prior to job openings being created
- Manage the recruitment process from requisition creation, management, sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews and assessments and offer management
- Manages and develops members of the talent acquisition team
- Advise hiring managers and talent acquisition team on interviewing techniques and market updates
- Identify learning and development opportunities for team members and foster a continuous learning environment through regular team training sessions
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to team, manage employee goal setting process, and own the performance appraisal process
- As Talent Acquisition Partner, function as final approver of the Talent Acquisition's team members prepared offers and candidates background reports
- Develop the most effective, economical, and appropriate talent acquisition channels and methods
- Implements processes improvements to increase effectiveness of talent acquisition activities.
- Review talent acquisition reports and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Maintain consistency of all job advertisements across talent acquisition job boards and other sources.
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Keep current on developments in the areas of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Employment Law
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business, or other related field preferred
- Requires at least 4 years of Recruiting or staffing experience with a general Human Resources knowledge base.
- Experience with creating and implementing recruiting strategies to respond to Company hiring needs
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
