Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays only
Compensation: $75 per day
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet potential home buyers warmly when they arrive at our model homes in Houston, TX.
Conduct guided tours of the model homes to highlight their features and amenities.
Keep the model homes in impeccable condition for viewing by ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Accurately document visitor information for future follow-ups and marketing strategies.
Assist the sales team by managing appointments and efficiently monitoring visitor traffic.
Create a positive and memorable experience for each visitor to leave a lasting favorable impression of our company.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively connecting with individuals.
When approaching visitors to model homes, demonstrate a warm and inviting attitude to highlight a genuine interest in customer service.
Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail are required to maintain the appearance of model homes.
