$150,000.00/Yr. - $200,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 40%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 40%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
The FVP, Commercial Real Estate will lead relationship management activities with existing clients and build new business relationships with Middle Market commercial lending prospects. The ideal candidate will lead the team in meeting or exceeding established business goals.
Responsibilities:

Lead complex deal negotiations throughout the documentation and funding stages of approved transactions under minimal supervision

Prepares reports, information requests, credit inquiries, Pre- Investment Committee submissions, term sheets, Credit Memorandum, and other special requests

Conduct screening and structuring of new loan opportunities

Draft and negotiate term sheets with counterparties

Prepare credit write ups and present to senior management

Execute complex transactions for assigned products related to an assigned business unit

Partner and execute on potential cross sell opportunities and cross department due diligence. Independently formulate questions and directly engage with customers/prospects, in addition to RM and Senior Management, to address any information, issues, or concerns
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

MBA preferred

10+ years experience in commercial lending or related financial services

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
