Position Summary:
This hybrid role blends high-level administrative support, operational oversight, and guest relations. As the Director of Operations & Guest Experience, you will serve as the CEO’s right hand, overseeing daily business operations, coordinating guest services, managing property logistics, and leading our internal team. This is a pivotal role for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills—comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO, handling scheduling, communication, travel, and high-priority administrative tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and confidential matters.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments (cleaning, maintenance, logistics, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and refine systems, SOPs, and workflows to drive efficiency.
- Monitor property turnover, guest readiness, vendor contracts, and inventory tracking.
- Manage reporting on KPIs, guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and team performance.
Property & Guest Relations
- Ensure all properties meet company quality standards and are well-maintained.
- Serve as the point of contact for high-priority guest issues, escalations, or VIP bookings.
- Lead initiatives to improve the guest experience, reduce service disruptions, and collect feedback.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers and contractors as needed.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support a small operations and guest services team.
- Provide ongoing training, performance reviews, and accountability measures.
- Foster a positive culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in hospitality, property management, executive support, or operations.
- Experience in short-term rental or boutique hotel environments highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and multitasking ability; thrives under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace, property management systems, and CRM tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and resourcefulness.

Pay: $20.50 - $35.00 per hour
