Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Professional located in Sarasota, FL. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for resident retention, customer service, lease management, communication with tenants, and lease administration on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
- Experience in managing Leases
- Effective Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Lease Administration
- Previous experience in property management is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
