Summary:
RADCO is an Atlanta-based real estate investment firm formed in 1994. RADCO’s entrepreneurial and creative approach to real estate has allowed the company to participate in some of the most complex transactions and turnarounds in the industry. The Company is currently seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to support its investment activities. Participating in every facet of the asset lifecycle, a Real Estate Investment Analyst will gain a well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of investment underwriting, capital sourcing, asset management, and asset disposition.
The Real Estate Investment Analysts’ job responsibilities will include:
Tracking economic and demographic data to develop and refine investment strategies and identify target markets
Underwriting and analyzing the feasibility of potential asset acquisitions and joint venture / equity placement opportunities across multiple asset classes
Participating in the due diligence process by completing financial and sensitivity analyses, performing physical inspections, and reviewing pertinent legal documents
Researching capital markets trends and assisting in developing asset specific debt strategies
Engaging in discussions with existing and potential high net worth and institutional investors
Assisting in the preparation of investor reporting and investment memorandums for new investments
Working closely with operations and construction management teams to formulate and implement each investment’s business plan
Identifying and evaluating property and portfolio level performance trends
Regularly completing analyses to track investment performance and set benchmarks for capital events like dispositions or refinances
Create cash flow models, sensitivity tables, rent roll analyses, joint venture waterfall models, and other financial analyses required to evaluate and pursue acquisition opportunities.
Education / Experience and Technical Requirements:
Four-year college degree with a major in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Related Field
Qualified candidates may have interned for investment banks, private equity firms, large real estate developers, real estate consulting organizations, or similar entities
Hotel investments and/or operations experience is a plus.
High Proficiency In Excel With Strong Writing Skills Required
Possess strong analytical and mathematical aptitude, particularly in financial analysis
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both locally and nationally
