We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join their growing team. This is a field-based, hunter sales role, ideal for a driven professional with a background in mechanical services and a proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop New Business: Generate revenue through cold calling, canvassing, in-person visits, and networking with building owners, property managers, and general contractors.
- Identify Opportunities: Target small commercial buildings (under five stories) for HVAC service contracts and retrofit project work.
- Secure Contracts: Sell HVAC maintenance agreements and services directly to decision-makers in your assigned territory.
- Leverage Acquisitions: Work collaboratively with recently acquired local HVAC firms to expand market presence and relationships.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with regional operations and leadership teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or facilities management
- Proven success in B2B new business development, with experience prospecting and closing service-based contracts
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare, education, and commercial building sectors
- Skilled in field-based prospecting, relationship management, and solution selling
- Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems
- Experience in a high-growth or acquisition-focused company
- Established contacts within healthcare, education, or government property management
