Real Estate Sales Trainer who brings deep transactional knowledge and a passion for education, communication, and service. This role isn’t just about knowing contracts—it’s about empowering others to master them and equipping agents with the tools they need to succeed each day. You’ll lead dynamic group training sessions, onboard new agents, provide one-on-one guidance, and be the go-to expert for those who want to sharpen their skills and grow their confidence.
Whether it’s demystifying disclosures, clarifying contingencies, or coaching through tough client conversations, you’ll be the trusted resource agents rely on to close with confidence.

Compensation: $75,000+ ($40,000 base plus overrides based on metrics/KPI's).
Full-Time Employees are eligible for the Benefits Package (Medical/Dental/Vision/401k) after 60 days of employment.
