Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Woodridge, IL for a Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for resident retention, customer service, lease administration, and communication with prospective and current residents. They will also handle tasks related to managing leases, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with their living experience.
Starting pay $21-$22/hr plus bonuses DOE
Qualifications
- Resident Retention and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lease Administration and managing leases
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
