Job Summary
As a Real Estate Investment Analyst, you are responsible for compiling and analyzing financial data to assess a property’s financial viability. This includes determining potential cash flow, return on investment, and studying market trends.

What You Do
- Provide financial modeling and analysis in Excel and ARGUS for deal metrics and performance.
- Update cash flow for projects by reviewing financial statements, bank statements, and activity to accurately allocate quarterly partnership distributions.
- Calculate NOI, DSR, IRR and EM and set up waterfall/promote structure for deals.
- Update original budgets to actual budgets.
- Assist in the creation of investment memorandums.
- Ensure proper modeling for banks.
- Conduct research and asset evaluation necessary to reach investors and other members of our target audience.
W
ho You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or real estate.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong Excel knowledge.
Nice to Have
- ARGUS experience
- Accounting software experience
