Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Nest Seekers International located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting real estate sales activities, and managing real property transactions on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License and Real Estate Sales skills
- Strong Real Estate experience and good record of past sales and closings
- Customer Service and Real Property management experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field experience is a plus
- Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Master of Business Administration, or related field experience is a plus
- PhD or Doctor of Business degree in Real Estate Development, Master of Business Administration, or related field experience is a plus
