About the Role
Our established regional commercial property & casualty carrier client is seeking an experienced and visionary President/COO to drive the next phase of profitable growth. This hands-on executive will modernize operations and customer service, expand the agency footprint, and collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, IT, and finance to implement best-in-class operational practices. The ideal candidate will build and lead a high-performing team, spearhead strategic growth initiatives, and help shape the long-term vision of the company.
Requirements
- 15+ years in commercial P&C insurance
- P&L Management Experience from an operations leadership standpoint
- Experience and network in Southeast regulatory environment
- Based in the state of Georgia and willing to travel to their HQ outside of Atlanta frequently.
