Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. You will play a role in supporting our clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, administrative support, or a related field who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Coordinate events, schedule interviews, book travel arrangements, post on social channels, market the company community, build content for social brand recognition.
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including background checks, reference checks, and paperwork.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing prompt and professional communication.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and appointments for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top technical talent leveraging Linkedin to identify and engage prospective candidates in the data & analytics field.
- Social Media Support: Provide support to leadership, sales and recruiting managing company social accounts and providing research for posts and content.
- Talent Community Liason: Point of contact for our growing Talent Community, seamlessly communicating with candidates and job seekers helping them navigate our our content, courses and career services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, administrative support, or a related field.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
