Job Description
- Assist the brokerage team with identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and market research
- Compile market data to support the brokerage team with ongoing assignments
- Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for existing and prospective clients
- Work with team members on market tours, LOI negotiation, lease and purchase and sale negotiations
- Identify tenant prospects for landlord representation assignments
- Assist the development team on due diligence process, CAM Reconciliations, capital improvement projects, operating budgets, and financing requests
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Comfortable with phone outreach and other business development communication methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Interest in a career path to become a commercial real estate broker
- Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Hands-on team player who has a strong execution orientation
