Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Deliver a world-class customer experience through personalized service
- Mentor and train team members to meet individual and store goals
- Educate customers on wellness-based product solutions (training provided)
- Use metrics to make informed business decisions
- Assist with inventory, scheduling, and store presentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in sales or team supervision
- A people-first leader who thrives on building relationships
- Passion for helping others and leading by example
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by results
- Comfortable using technology (POS systems, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays within store hours
