Responsibilities:

Excellent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant-III in the Foster City, CA area. (onsite)
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide exceptional organizational and clerical assistance.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication within the organization.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Maintain filing systems and update records as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
Provide administrative support for special projects and events.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
