Good Life Property Management is seeking a results-driven Director of Real Estate Sales to launch and lead the sales division under our Good Life Realty & Investments brand. This role is for someone who can help build this division from the ground up.
Your focus will be on proactive property performance reviews, value-driven client conversations, and capturing more resale opportunities from our existing PM client base. You'll start with a 3-month ramp-up draw ($7,000/month) and transition into a performance-based commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Good Life Realty sales function from the ground up
- Deliver proactive cash flow, equity and appreciation reviews to existing clients
- Handle listing appointments and resale consultations with a client-first approach
- Implement and manage CRM, referral tracking, and sales reporting systems
- Collaborate with the PM and Leasing teams to integrate sales touchpoints into the client journey
- Hire and mentor agents in the future as deal volume scales
- Availability to attend networking events and engage with the community through various networking opportunities
- Represent the Good Life brand with professionalism, warmth, and value orientation
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker
- Comfortable handling 20–30 deals personally while building systems to support 60–100+ annually
- Track record of hiring, mentoring, or managing agents or small brokerage teams
- Tech-savvy with deep experience in CRMs, pipeline tracking, and system integration
- Strong alignment with Good Life’s mission: Life Improved through Opportunity, Enjoyment, and Impact
- Proven track record of working independently
Compensation & Terms
- Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Ramp-Up: $7,000/month draw for the first 3 months
- Commission Structure (GL client deals): 60/40
- Outside Deals: 90/10 split (agent/GL)
- Bonuses for hitting sales goals
