As a Sales Associate, you will act as a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. You will be responsible for generating new business, securing listings, executing marketing strategies, managing negotiations, and guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through phone calls, in-person meetings, networking, and referrals
- Secure exclusive listings for properties available for lease or sale
- Represent clients in the acquisition and leasing of commercial properties
- Develop and implement tailored marketing plans and promotional materials
- Conduct site tours and property showings with prospective clients
- Research and identify properties aligned with client needs and objectives
- Draft and negotiate listing agreements, leases, purchase offers, and other commercial real estate contracts
- Collaborate with internal team members and external professionals including attorneys, appraisers, lenders, and inspectors
- Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the transaction process
- Leverage internal support teams for marketing, data collection, advertising, and client outreach
Qualifications Required:
- Active Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (state-specific)
- Demonstrated success in sales, client-facing roles, or a strong entrepreneurial drive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property tours
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing
- Familiarity with the local commercial property market
Working Environment
- Office-based with regular travel to commercial sites and client meetings

Compensation
