LHH is recruiting for a private equity firm specializing in real estate investments and is looking for a Senior Investments Analyst to join its team in Atlanta. The firm focuses on opportunistic debt and equity investments in asset classes such as mixed-use, office, multifamily, retail, industrial, self-storage, hotel, & more. Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities by analyzing offering memorandums, business plans, financial models, and property-level reports
- Maintain and organize the deal pipeline and transaction materials
- Develop detailed property cash flow projections using Excel and Argus
- Analyze financial statements, real estate schedules, rent rolls, credit reports, and references to assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and partners
- Prepare term sheets, credit memos, and presentations for the Investment Committee
- Oversee investment asset management from origination to disposition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or associated business degree
- 3+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector, with a preference for experience in debt origination or direct equity investment
- Proficiency in Excel advanced financial modeling and Argus expertise are preferred
- Experience with CRE research platforms such as CoStar, REIS, RCA, and Trepp is preferred
- Able to go in-office up to 4x a week
