PrimeSpace Capital Overview
PrimeSpace Capital (“PSC”) is a vertically integrated real estate investor and developer located in New York City. PSC is currently focused on the development of Class A self-storage facilities. PSC’s storage portfolio consists of more than 5,100 active units with an additional 3,000 under construction. PSC’s office is in the Financial District in New York City.
Responsibilities
The Acquisitions Analyst will focus on underwriting and other analyses for new investment opportunities in the pipeline, as well as assisting with PSC’s Asset Management and Investor Reporting for existing investments.
More specifically, responsibilities include:
- Creating initial analyses on the viability of new investment opportunities.
- Compiling memos for senior management and equity partners on new opportunities.
- Responding to lender and investor information inquiries.
- Assisting with the closing process of acquisitions and financing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic credentials
- Strong interest in real estate investment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of real estate financial analysis and modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
$80,000-$100,000, PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k.
