Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

Sales & Negotiation:

Property Listings & Marketing:
• Develop and manage property listings on various platforms.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including online listings, and social media posts.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers, brokers, and other agents to expand the property portfolio.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Legal & Financial Guidance:
• Guide clients through financial processes, including mortgage applications, contracts, and property transfers.
• Ensure compliance with Boston’s real estate regulations and guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
