Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for sales, leasing, purchase transactions, and advisory services to clients. Commission only and independent contractor status.
Qualifications
- Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate License
- Brokerage and Sales skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in commercial property management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
