Talent Acquisition Manager – HYBRID – Atlanta Metro - $120-140k
Candidate will have previous experience managing a high-volume of recruiters. Primary responsibility will include building KPI’s, Metrics, reporting and ultimately driving down the days to fill ratio. Knowledge working with a variety of ATS systems and creating a consistent and streamlined candidate experience is imperative.
HYBRID – In office x4 days a week. Salary + benefits: $120-140k
