A growing real estate investment and development firm in northern Atlanta is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support acquisitions, asset management, and development teams. This role offers exposure to a wide range of property types and deal structures and is ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed financial models for real estate investments and development projects
- Conduct market research, comps analysis, and due diligence
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda and internal reporting materials
- Analyze portfolio performance and support asset management initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, development, and operations teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment, or accounting
- Strong Excel modeling skills; ARGUS experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
