TI Asset Management, a mission-driven firm is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and proven experience in leasing. Candidates with affordable housing and lease-up expertise are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing & Sales:
- Conduct property tours and effectively present community features to prospective residents.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring timely completion of applications, credit checks, and lease documents.
- Achieve high closing ratios by understanding resident needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Customer Service & Resident Retention:
- Provide outstanding service to prospective and current residents, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support resident retention efforts through proactive engagement and participation in community events.
- Property Management Support:
- Assist with preparing apartments for move-in by coordinating with maintenance teams and inspecting units for readiness.
- Update availability reports, process renewals, and maintain accurate resident files.
- Travel & Flexibility:
- Serve as a floating consultant across multiple properties in the Atlanta metro area, providing coverage where needed.
- Adapt to various property types, including affordable housing (LIHTC) and conventional properties.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred, especially with affordable housing or lease-up properties.
- Familiarity with tax credit compliance is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio) is preferred but not required.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
