In this position, you will source and qualify new buyers, engage with existing buyers, and ensure seamless participation in our sales process.
Your goal: to drive successful property assignments and foster strong partnerships through effective communication and relationship management.
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

High level of accountability and self-motivation.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly + performance/incentive bonus

Skills:
As a Real Estate Buyers Sales Rep you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential buyers and guide them through the purchasing process. You will also use your strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. Additionally, you will use your knowledge of CRM software and sales processes to collaborate with the sales team and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Finally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
