OTE: $160,000
Commission: $10,000+ per luxury property sale, up to $5,000+ per new apartment block / HOA client

To achieve this growth, we now have exciting vacancies for charismatic and motivated Real Estate Associates to join our team across selected US states.
Please be aware before applying that this is a self-employed commission-only role, however our commission structure is extremely generous and OTE is $160,000+
Our minimum commission on a luxury property sale is $20,000 (2%), of which 50% will be shared with you.
We do not charge any fees to our Real Estate Associates for being part of our network, and you are not restricted to a particular area.
Brief responsibilities of the role are:
- Source your own luxury property sales leads in addition to leads we provide to you, minimum property value must be $1,000,000.
- Our office team will take care of all admin and contracts with buyer / seller
- Act as broker throughout the sale process, liaising with all parties
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals through networking
- Create an independent ongoing sales pipeline
- Receive 50% of our agency commission (you will personally receive a minimum of $10,000 per luxury property we sell)
- Promote our apartment block and HOA management services in your local area, forwarding leads to our head-office sales team
- Receive a % of our agency commission for apartment block management or HOA management contracts (your commission would typically be between $500 and $5,000 per client)
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Sales experience (previous property experience is not essential but you must be capable of sourcing your own leads, canvassing, deal closing, client expectation management and sales progression)
- LCAM licence preferable, but not essential as you will not directly be managing communities.
- Strong organisation skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Motivation to succeed in your career and build a social media following
- Sound grammar and professional telephone manner
- Full driving licence
- Ability to submit a short pre-recorded video interview if you are shortlisted (questions will be provided via email)
