We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently to optimize time management for team members.
Provide customer support by answering inquiries and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and properly documented.
Assist with office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette in all communications.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to preparing reports and presentations.
Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members, coordinating travel arrangements and managing schedules.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on office management or customer service.
Strong computer literacy skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with calendar management and data entry is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
A background in using various phone systems will be beneficial for this role.
