The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and proven experience in the multifamily space and will play a key role in overseeing asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operational and financial performance of a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties.
Collaborate with property management teams to implement strategies that enhance value and optimize revenue.
Analyze property performance metrics and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, and clients.
Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance and present findings to senior leadership.
Participate in budget preparation, capital expenditure planning, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

Property Asset Manager with 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel as required for site visits and meetings.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
