Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties.
- Collaborate with property management teams to implement strategies that enhance value and optimize revenue.
- Analyze property performance metrics and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, and clients.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance and present findings to senior leadership.
- Participate in budget preparation, capital expenditure planning, and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Property Asset Manager with 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for site visits and meetings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
