Marketing Director – Real Estate & Lifestyle Brand
We’re a newly formed Real Estate group at the intersection of luxury, design, and storytelling—built for the next generation of home, brand, and buyer. Backed by top producers and a vision to reshape how high-end real estate is marketed and experienced, we’re seeking a Marketing Director who’s ready to step out of the traditional corporate box and help build something of their own.
The Role
This is not just a marketing job—it’s a launchpad. As our first in-house marketing hire, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on: setting the vision, executing campaigns, building the brand, and managing a network of creative partners. You’ll own everything from property marketing to social content, print collateral, digital campaigns, branding assets, and product launches. In time, you’ll grow the department and team around you.
This role is ideal for someone who has held a senior marketing position (in real estate, design, hospitality, lifestyle, or adjacent industries) and is looking to transition into a founding leadership role in a nimble, creatively driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and evolve the brand identity across digital and physical channels
- Lead marketing strategy for listings, agent campaigns, and company initiatives
- Manage and grow a network of best-in-class creative vendors and contractors
- Oversee content production: photography, video, social, web, email, and print
- Develop marketing materials and systems that scale as the business grows
- Collaborate directly with leadership on vision, voice, and rollout of new campaigns
- Set KPIs and track performance across campaigns and platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in a senior-level marketing role, ideally with lifestyle, real estate, or design brands
- An eye for luxury branding and the emotional power of presentation
- A strong creative point of view, balanced with executional excellence
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves—this is a builder role, not a legacy org
- Experience managing creative contractors and/or agency partners
- Skilled in digital tools (Canva, Adobe, Google Suite, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with high-end real estate or lifestyle/hospitality markets is a plus
