Job Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments, including senior loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity positions, ensuring strong risk-adjusted performance.
- Lead borrower relationship management, including performance monitoring, business plan execution, and loan covenant compliance.
- Prepare and present internal asset valuations, performance updates, and hold/sell analyses for the investment committee.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including legal, servicing, and third-party consultants to resolve asset-level issues.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to junior asset management team members, fostering skill development and collaboration.
