Position Overview
Jane Staples State Farm agency seeks a
Bilingual (Spanish) Account Representative with strong sales and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Insurance experience is not required. Training will be provided.
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs.
- Consultative Selling: Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions
- Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and address any concerns they may have.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
