Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sarasota Florida for a Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional is responsible for handling day-to-day leasing activities, including managing leases, lease administration, and ensuring resident retention. Key duties also include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication with residents, and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in property management or leasing is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in real estate or related field is preferable
