Responsibilities:
- Represent sellers and buyers at a high level in real estate transactions.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare comparative market analysis and other necessary documents to determine a property's value.
- Educate clients on basic real estate practices.
- Build relationships that last.
Requirements:
- California Salesperson License.
