We are a small Real Estate investment company located in Williamsville, NY and we are looking for a Junior Acquisition Intern (Sales Associate) to join our team for the summer. (Ongoing opportunities for the right candidate)
The ideal candidate wants to know more about real estate and real estate investing. They should be driven, have a strong work ethic, competitive, and focused. This role requires comfort and confidence talking with prospects over the phone.
In this role, you'll be developing your own book of business. We'll train you with outbound call scripts, teach you how to evaluate residential properties, determine remodel estimates, and make offers to potential sellers. If you have an interest in direct-to-seller marketing and/or real estate investing in residential assets, this may be a great role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound call and talk to new and existing leads
- Overcome objections on the phone
- Schedule and conduct appointments
- Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
- Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
- Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Qualifications:
- Quick on your feet
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Compensation & Work Setting:
- This is a paid internship, $16/hr plus commissions for performance
- In-office work will be required two days per week, otherwise remote work is fine
