Administrative Support Representative - Real Estate
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for a variety of office support tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Assist more senior teammembers in ways that optimize processes, tools, and Member Service.

Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

Accurately organize and file, manually or electronically, all Member information to ensure up-to-date Member files. Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records for all products and services with the credit union.

Answer telephone for the department professionally and courteously. Answer questions, provide information, and/or route calls to appropriate teammember. Take messages and coordinate follow through.

Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence ensuring accuracy and completeness of work.

File records pulled throughout the day to enhance credit union efficiency.

Ensure that the archive records are properly stored and easily accessible.

Ensure that all on-hand records are current and organized for ready access.

Photocopy or scan and file documents as requested.

Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
-
1-3 years Previous Experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-
Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role

Working knowledge of office equipment
-
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
