What You’ll Do:Listing Support & Seller Onboarding
- Assemble Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) and professional listing packages
- Prepare marketing materials: property brochures, reference lists, and seller books
- Manage the full seller onboarding process (disclosures, lockbox, staging prep, etc.)
- Coordinate listing details in MLS, ensuring accuracy and visual quality
- Assist with staging, signage, and pre-photo checklist execution
Transaction Coordination & Client Management
- Guide sellers from listing to closing: schedule smoke inspections, water/sewer readings, utility transfer info, etc.
- Support condo transactions with HOA, insurance, and 6D certificates
- Assist buyers with welcome packets, showings, and post-offer tasks
- Maintain CRM (Buffini) and manage consistent client communication: emails, calls, mailers, and Pop-By gifts
Marketing
- Design and update marketing materials via Canva
- Prepare client appreciation gifts and support ongoing relationship-building efforts
- Social Media scheduling
What You Bring:- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft apps, CRM platforms and ideally Canva as well
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Prior real estate, transaction coordination, or administrative experience strongly preferred
