About The Role
As a
Contact Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners dreaming of a better home - and your job is to turn that curiosity into commitment. Your conversations help lay the foundation for our Design Consultants to close the sale.

What You'll Do
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads to qualify interest and schedule appointments
- Create excitement around remodeling services (roofing, siding, windows, and baths)
- Consistently hit weekly appointment and conversion targets
- Monitor and manage CRM leads, emails, texts, and internal comms
- Confirm next-day appointments and follow up with potential clients
- Stay agile and team-focused as company needs evolve

Compensation & Perks
- Base Pay: $18/hr
- Average Pay with Commissions/Bonuses: $26-$30+/hr
- Rotating Saturday shifts required (great bonus days!)
