About The Role
We're hiring a
Customer Engagement Specialist -
(Texting Focused) to manage and respond to high volumes of messages with the goal of setting in-home sales appointments. You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners expressing interest in our services-similar to a call center rep, but your focus is all through text.
Responsibilities
Send and respond to outbound/inbound SMS messages with professionalism and clarity
Set and confirm in-home appointments for our sales consultants
Use AI tools and CRM platforms to streamline outreach and follow-ups
Handle objections or questions from homeowners and keep conversations on track
Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling
Maintain accurate records of leads, outcomes, and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
Strong writing skills and a natural ability to connect via text
Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, SMS platforms, or AI tools
Comfortable managing large volumes of messages efficiently
Sales-minded and goal-driven-appointment setting experience is a big plus
Professional, positive, and responsive communication style
Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Compensation
$17.50/hour base pay
