LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail oriented commercial real estate paralegal to join our client's company.
Key Responsibilities
- Due Diligence: Coordinate and gather necessary items for acquisitions, dispositions, and loan closings. Maintain due diligence checklists and track contract deadlines.
- Insurance Coordination: Assist with portfolio insurance renewal, manage documentation, and facilitate insurance quotes and claims.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain legal department files, track corporate filings, update signature spreadsheets, and submit legal invoices.
- Support Legal Team: Assist with commercial leasing documentation and provide front desk coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certification: Paralegal certification and Florida Notary Public License are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a legal environment with a focus on commercial real estate.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Must handle confidential information with discretion and work independently.
