Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations team, with a focus on inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently. Experience in inventory control is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting.
Use Excel and other software tools to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Support inventory control processes by assisting with stock tracking, reconciliation, and data verification.
Collaborate with inventory and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
Assist in maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
