Role Description
This is a remote role for a Senior Real Estate Associate. The Senior Real Estate Associate will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, leases, and development projects. Daily tasks include drafting and negotiating leases, conducting market analysis, coordinating with clients and investors, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Leases and Real Estate Transactions
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development
- Strong understanding of the real estate market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Licensed real estate professional preferred
