What You’ll Do
- Lease apartments, process applications, and collect deposits
- Deliver excellent service to residents and prospects
- Prepare model units and conduct tours
- Maintain leasing files and documentation
- Support marketing efforts and build local connections
- Perform property walks and ensure readiness
- Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales background strongly valued
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience with Entrata, Facebook, and Instagram is a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
