Title: Analyst, Real Estate Finance
Reporting to: Vice President Real Estate, Acquisition & Finance

Denver-based hospitality Company seeks a self-starter who is analytical, highly organized, deadline-trained, possesses strong communication skills, and has experience in management of real estate assets. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in real estate operations and/or asset management. The person hired for this role will have a strong command of business analytics and financial analysis. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a high degree of leadership skills, integrity, interpersonal strengths, business judgement, and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual property-level budgets and quarterly forecasts; support implementation and ongoing variance analysis.
- Underwrite and provide financial analysis to ensure alignment on new acquisition and renewal opportunities.
- Assess revenue, nightly rate, and booking trends to understand residence and destination performance to generate incremental revenue, optimize inventory, and drive acquisition and renewal opportunities.
- Analyze property financials to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide cost and operational analysis reporting to Destination Experience and Regional Asset Operations for informed decision-making on hiring and operations.
- Evaluate the long-term financial viability of properties, always with an eye on profitability.
- Monitor the supply/demand balance of homes in tandem with Acquisitions to set growth strategy for destinations to optimize Inspirato’s portfolio of travel options.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to proactively adjust rates and generate bookings to ensure optimal residential performance.
- Lead monthly business reviews with regional counterparts covering asset management, vendor negotiations, and pricing strategy.
- Accrue $500K–$1.5M in monthly expenses as part of the financial close process.
- Create and maintain key financial reporting tools, including but not limited to the Master File, Flat File, Portfolio Tracker, Residence P&Ls, Pro Formas, etc.

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate.
- 1-2 years of related experience and demonstrated success in the luxury hospitality and/or real estate industry.
- Software Strength - Proven advanced expertise in Excel, Oracle (or other EPM/ERP management software)Power BI, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to excel both independently with minimal oversight and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, demonstrate initiative, and exercise judgment in fast paced and changing environment.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
Compensation –
$62,000-$75,000 Base Salary
We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
Bonus: Eligible for the company’s bonus plan.

FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
