Title: Recruitment Coordinator – Mid-Market RPO Team
Location: Remote (Client HQ in Nashville, TN)

About the Role:
We’re expanding our Mid-Market RPO team and looking for a Talent Advisor to support a new national insurance client headquartered in Nashville. As part of a dedicated team of eight, you’ll play a critical role in helping this client identify and hire top-tier talent across a variety of roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and move applicants through the hiring process using the client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct 6–8 candidate screening calls per day (approx. 30 per week)
- Screen candidates against detailed job specifications and present qualified talent to the client team
- Collaborate with RPO teammates to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience
- Stay aligned with hiring targets, performance goals, and client expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and or RPO environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume screening environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing strategies
- Ability to adapt to new clients, industries, and hiring needs
