What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a disciplined recruiting environment with high standards. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across a defined book of functions and roles. That includes everything from intake and sourcing to structured interviews and final close. At ProService, we operate with a rigorous hiring methodology, and we expect our Talent Acquisition Partners to be stewards of quality. This means ensuring every search adheres to process standards, coaching interview teams, holding the bar on talent, and navigating tradeoffs with clarity and courage. You’ll balance a dynamic req load ranging from high-volume frontline roles to specialized, hard-to-fill positions.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Full-cycle recruitment execution: Intake, sourcing, interview planning, offer negotiation, and candidate closing—rooted in our hiring framework.
- Hiring manager partnership: Help define clear role scorecards, coach managers through interview debriefs, and influence decision-making with thoughtful insights and data.
- Candidate pipeline development: Build proactive sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or business-critical roles.
- Process discipline and integrity: Champion our structured hiring model by facilitating high-quality interview plans, timely feedback loops, and hiring team calibration.
- Candidate experience ownership: Deliver transparent, respectful, and professional interactions at every stage of the process, reinforcing our employer brand.
- Adaptability and prioritization: Manage fluctuating volumes and shifting priorities with calm focus and attention to quality.
What You Bring
The right candidate will have a track record of driving hiring results through influence, precision, and relentless follow-through. This role is for someone who embraces structure, is able to lean in, and earns credibility through well-reasoned recommendations. You’ll need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity while upholding process consistency and quality standards.
To Be Successful, You’ll Need
- Proven success owning full-cycle recruiting across a range of role types, including hard-to-fill or volume-based roles in competitive markets.
- Experience in structured hiring systems, preferably Topgrading or similar—familiarity with scorecards, calibrated interviews, and performance-based evaluations.
- Strong consultative skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers, guide thoughtful decision-making, and navigate complex tradeoffs.
- Clear, thoughtful communication, especially in managing candidate expectations and guiding hiring teams through feedback and offers.
- Commitment to high hiring standards, including a personal accountability to results—performance, retention, and cultural alignment matter here.
Your unique background, perspectives, and experience matter to us. Even if you don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply and share your story.
