We're seeking someone to join our Real Estate Strategy team to develop and support real estate strategies for the Americas Portfolio. This role will play a key role in supporting the Real Estate strategy team along with other key stakeholders such as Real Estate Transaction Managers, Workplace Design and Finance partners.
In the Corporate Services division, we provide solutions that enable Morgan Stanley's workforce, across our global workplace locations, to effectively and efficiently work in the service of our clients. This is a Director position within Corporate Real Estate, which is responsible for overseeing the management, workplace design and leasing activities of the Firm's properties. May also include the purchasing of properties and all related responsibilities.

What You'll Do In The Role
- Maintain various data sources which underpin templates, approval documents and internal reports
- Analyze market trends and demographic data to inform long-term strategies, including growth, consolidation, and market realignment.
- Collaborate with Transaction Managers and Business Units to define and articulate strategic Real Estate needs.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate real estate strategies and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in the production of Quarterly Real Estate newsletters by validating cost and space impact from approved projects
- Provide clients with actionable insights based on analyzing complex data trends and interviews with peers.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- BA required; MBA preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate, focusing on strategy or Portfolio management
- Strong skills in research, market analysis, and strategic planning, Ability to make sense of trends by analyzing data and forming independent conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor message to appropriate audience, strong story teller with the ability to build influential presentations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Open to learning new tools, including Tableau, etc and other data analysis software
- Ability to build and foster strong relationships

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
